Free Civil Service Exam Review by Himamaylan City Public Library

Under the leadership of Vice Mayor Justin S. Gatuslao, the Himamaylan City Public Library has once again organized the Free Civil Service Exam Review, an initiative that helps aspiring government employees prepare for success. This program, which started in 2019, continues to reflect our commitment to education, empowerment, and community development.

For this year’s review, sessions began last January 25, 2025, and were held every Saturday until February 22, 2025. A total of 126 individuals registered, and an impressive 112 are now set to take the Civil Service Examination on March 2, 2025. More than just providing study materials, this initiative fosters teamwork and motivation, helping participants gain the confidence they need for this important step in their careers.

A team of five dedicated lecturers shared their expertise throughout the review sessions:

Day 1: Mr. Crisato Peñaranda Jr. – English
Day 2: Mr. Anthony Gran Jr. – Mathematics
Day 3: Ms. Catherine Agusila – Mathematics
Day 4: Ms. Jonalyn Duhaylungsod – English
Day 5: Ms. Keenie Pavillar – General Information

Their hard work and knowledge played a big role in preparing our participants for the exam. We sincerely thank them for their invaluable contributions.

Vice Mayor Justin S. Gatuslao’s strong commitment to education is the driving force behind this initiative. His dedication to supporting aspiring civil service professionals in Himamaylan reflects his vision of creating more opportunities for growth and success in the community.

As we continue this mission, the Himamaylan City Public Library remains committed to helping residents achieve their goals through learning and support. To all our review participants, your hard work and dedication inspire us. We wish you the best as you take the Civil Service Examination. May your efforts open doors to a bright future in public service!
